Shipping policy

At Onyx & Ink Studio, every piece is made to order. This means your items are printed and crafted specifically for you, reducing waste and ensuring your sanctuary essentials meet our quality standards.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship exclusively within the United States.

2. Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery window is 7–14 business days.

• Production: Please allow [3–5] business days for your items to be crafted.

• Transit: Once finished, your order will ship via standard ground, arriving within the remaining window. You will receive a tracking number the moment your order leaves the studio.

3. Multiple Shipments

To get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders with multiple products (e.g., a hoodie and a desk mat) may ship from different facilities and arrive in separate packages. Each will have its own tracking details.

4. Free Shipping

Complimentary standard shipping is applied automatically to all orders over $75.

5. Package Protection & Risk of Loss

Once a package is scanned by the carrier, the legal title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

• The Boutique Guarantee: We highly recommend selecting Route Package Protection at checkout. This protects your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

• If you choose to de-select or opt-out of this protection, your order is shipped at your own risk. Onyx & Ink Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit if the protection option was declined. In these instances, any claims must be handled directly with the shipping carrier.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect packages once they have entered production. Onyx & Ink Studio is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
